12 Week Group Running Program

What is it?
Lafemme Mobile Gym has joined the Spark People, 5k Your Way, running program and transformed it into a 12 week group run training program, thatís fun, efficient and results oriented! This is a 12 week beginner/intermediate planóno running experience required! By following our workouts, and attending our Saturday sessions, you'll be able to run a 5K in just 12 weeks! Note: You should be able to walk for 25 minutes before starting this program.
Why should I participate?
Along with achieving dramatic physical improvements, you will also meet others who share your same passion for attaining a healthy body and mind through running!
How are we different
You will receive fitness guidance, educational handouts and nutritional education (optional) to reach your individual goals. Additionally, all classes are lead by experienced runners and Certified Personal Trainers who are committed to your success. This program offers the opportunity to meet new friends whose health and fitness goals are similar to yours.
What if I am not physically fit?
NO ONE will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Men and women of all ages (16 and older) and abilities are welcome to participate. We are here to support you and to ensure that everyone feels they are a part of the team.
Where is it?
1st and 3rd Saturdays @ River Trail (Garcia Bend Park, Pocket Road, 95831)
2nd and 4th Saturdays @ Curtis Park (Sutterville Road, 95818)

Saturdays @ 9:30 am
What is the cost (investment in me)?
The cost is $120 for 12 weeks ($10/class).
How do I register?

What types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: short distance running/walking, body weight resistance training (optional), hill running/walking, agility and power drills, sports drills and much more!
